  • Northern and Southern Funds issue their 2019 Call for Proposals June 21, 2018 The Pacific Salmon Commission’s Northern and Southern Fund Committees announce their Calls for Proposals for projects starting in 2019 consistent with the goals and principals of the two Funds.
