Fish passage past the PSC hydroacoustic counting station near Mission, BC

The Pacific Salmon Commission provides regular in-season migration estimates of Fraser River sockeye salmon passage past the Commission’s hydroacoustic counting station near the town of Mission on the Fraser River, typically between June and September. These passage estimates represent the total number of fish that are available in the river above Mission for catch, spawning escapement and en-route losses.
