This is an independent panel report evaluating the relative importance of factors that may have affected the abundance and productivity of southern BC Chinook salmon. Funding and support was provided by the Fraser Aboriginal Fisheries Secretariat, DFO and the Pacific Salmon Commission’s Southern Endowment Fund. It reflects the considered scientific judgments and advice of its authors that included Brian Riddell (Panel Chair), Mike Bradford, Rich Carmichael, David Hankin, Randall Peterman, and Alex Wertheimer with assistance from ESSA Technologies. The panel review was based on detailed submissions provided at a workshop held May 22-24, 2013 in Vancouver, B.C.
