Expression of Interest for Economists

The Pacific Salmon Commission is seeking expressions of interest from one or more economists to:

• Identify and access relevant salmon catch and economic data in Canada and the United States from federal, state, and provincial authorities.
• Analyze these data to generate a timely and comprehensive update to a 2017 analysis of PST commercial and recreational fisheries using consistent metrics, currency, and methodologies (including GDP, employment, and multipliers).
