Editorial Board and National Correspondents

The Editorial Board is comprised of one representative from each Party and the Executive Secretary. The role of the board is to coordinate the review of bilateral documents which formally record activities of the Commission such as the Executive Committee minutes and the Annual Report of the Commission.

Each Party has one National Correspondent who is the primary day to day contact between the Executive Secretary and the respective Parties to the Treaty. In general, the National Correspondents are responsible for coordinating the flow of information to and from the Commission. Their responsibilities would include the provision of correspondence, membership information, data requests, financial information, and post season and technical reports necessary for the respective Party to meet Treaty obligations.
